Terms and conditions
Please read carefully 

1. A £50 deposit is required to secure your date and is also used as a damage deposit for some items. Please note if a large amount of items ore ordered then a larger damage deposit is required to cover stock damage or loss. This will be fully refunded 7 days after all stock is returned/collected, see our fees below for loss of stock hired
2. Payment in full is due no later than 12 weeks prior to your event date
3. Any changes in numbers must be informed asap
4. Once your deposit and booking form is received you will receive a receipt of payment and confirmation of your order.

If any bookings are cancelled 12 months before the wedding date the deposit unfortunately is then non-refundable 

Stock Cut Off Date 
The final list of items being provied must be finalised 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. Any changes thereafter could encour charges. 

We accept cash, Cheques made payable to Perfectly Pretty Wedding, pay-pal to [email protected] or a bank transfer to 30/99/12 25737260 and WAVE payments as per invoice sent

1. Any loss of damage to hired goods we charge at a fee stated below, these will be deducted from the £50

Perfectly Pretty Wedding hold no responsibility for any damage to hired goods, all stock hired is at the responsibility of the hirer any loss or damage must be paid for. It is you the hirer who are responsible of all stock whilst on hire, so please make your guests aware of this.

Set Up Of Items
We are venue stylists only, we do not set up other companys stock, including catering items such as glasses cutlery etc. We will style the venue using our stock choosen by the couple and finalised with a list provided. We will set up styling items from the couple booked if pre aranged. 

Pack Down – Collection Policy.

Please be aware we DO NOT PACK DOWN ITEMS/STOCK.

We leave sufficient bags and boxes labeled so you can simply pack all items away for our collection the day after the event.

The only items we will pack down are our large lit blossom trees and Hanging lanterns.

We will arrange a time suitable with yourselves and the venue for collection of these items.

Most DIY venues require cleaning before the keys are handed back so we will collect when you are at the venue so this can then be completed after we have loaded.

Most hotel venues the night porter will pack down for you.

Any missing items or breakages will be charged. You will have 28 days to pay for any items charged.

BALES- If hay-straw bales are being used they MUST then be moved to an undercover area over night, or if it rains during your event they must be moved undercover to avoid being wet and damaged. A charge will incur if damaged.

If we arrive at a venue and the items are not packed away within the time schedualed for collection an hourly rate will be charged.
